The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. They also brought us the wring check for $110! Thankfully we caught that despite being in the middle of watching the moviw. The popcorn was good though, free refills on the large size! Perhaps because it was opening weekend for the movie, the kitchen was too busy, it was just disappointing to miss out on that experience. By the time the food would have arrived, the movie would be almost over so we just cancelled. The next update we got was halfway through the movie (we saw Spider Man: No Way Home, it was great!) And it was that the kitchen was still busy. We ordered soft pretzels when they came back. It took the staff quite some time to come to us, then they forgot our order. The screen, seating, complimentary blankets, and overall experience was wonderful! The only negative was ordering food. The staff were nice and it was easy to find our theater and seats. Were particularly fond of Actors Theatre, a resident company at the Herberger Theater Center and one of the most diverse theaters in the state. The holiday decor is especially charming. What an awesome experience! The entire place feels so luxurious and pretty. This will be my new go-to theater, it was a perfect night! Thank you so much to Chris and the entire IPIC crew for making this such an unforgettable experience. It’s refreshing to walk into an establishment and see such high-quality staff members, that are committed to providing 5-star customer service. Social distancing is encouraged, and fortunately everyone was spread out during the movie. The whole theater was immaculately clean, which is very important especially now during these uncertain times. He recommended the best things to order on the menu, and consistently checked-in to see if I needed anything. I made my way to theater 8, where I was greeted by the amazing General Manager, Chris! He was so personable and made my experience very enjoyable. I purchased my ticket online, so all I had to do was scan my reservation from my phone at the guest check-in kiosk. I went for the first time to see 'Everything Everywhere All at Once' (a must watch film!), and what an incredible experience! The ambiance is elevated with a warm welcoming atmosphere.
